Our Story
Born out of community, Wonder is an entertainment company built around the filmmakers, artists, and technologists shaping what comes next. Founded in 2025 by award-winning filmmaker Justin Hackney and marketplace entrepreneur Xavier Collins, Wonder was built on a single conviction: as production costs collapse and distribution fragments, filmmakers are becoming founders and the next era of entertainment belongs to them.
Today, we are a team of 35+ creatives, engineers, and IP specialists based across London, LA, NYC and SF. We’ve raised $15m+ from investors including LocalGlobe, Atomico, and Adobe Ventures as well as angels from OpenAI, Google DeepMind and ElevenLabs.
